Our Transition events offer a chance for practitioners to share key information about children moving between settings. Practitioners can meet feeder settings and speak with locality-based Early Years Team members, local Health Visitors and other professionals supporting early years children and families.
We encourage all settings and schools to attend, to help ensure smooth transitions and continuity of support
