Transition Events

We are running two Transition events for schools PVIs and childminders across Solihull to talk to each other about SEND children transitioning between settings in September 2024

WEST Solihull PVISettings / Schools and Childminders

Date: Monday 10th June 2024 Time: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Where: Sans Souci: Room 2

North/East Solihull PVISettings / Schools and Childminders

Date: Mon 10th June 2024 Time: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Where: Smith’s Wood Primary Academy

Audience: All PVI and schools SENCO, teachers, or Head of Foundation Stage Cost: Free
