Transition Events
Following the success of previous years, we’re once again hosting an event for childminders, nursery, and school staff to connect and discuss children transitioning between settings. Local Health Visitors and Early Years Team members will also be available.
This meeting offers a chance to share key information about children in the new cohort, including successful strategies, adjustments, and use of the graduated approach. Practitioners can meet feeder settings and speak with locality-based Early Years Team members and other professionals supporting early years children and families.
We encourage all settings and schools supporting children with SEND to attend, to help ensure smooth transitions and continuity of support
Transition Event – North Solihull
