The autumn term programmes are now available to view.
Due to increased non-attendance at core activities and briefings, we will be charging a nominal amount of £10 per delegate to cover administration costs if cancellation is not received at least 24 hours in advance of the event.
You must publish details of how you spend your PE and sport premium funding by the end of the summer term or by 31 July 2019 at the latest.
Requirements include publishing the percentage of pupils within your year 6 cohort in the 2018 to 2019 academic year who met the national curriculum expectations.
For more details, please go to the DfE website.
The Inter Faith Network for the UK has officially launched the 2019 Inter Faith Week programme. We hope that you will be getting involved this year and also encouraging your organisation, members and contacts to get involved! Inter Faith Week 2019 will take place between 10 November 2019 and 17 November 2019.
Please visit the Inter Faith Week website to learn more.
Please find below the documents relating to the Schools Forum meeting held on the 9 July 2019.
F.A.O. Headteacher, Head of English and Literacy Co-ordinator
Dear teacher,
Hopefully, since I last wrote to you, your students have had a chance to begin creating their poems to enter into Lichfield Cathedral’s poetry competition The Word. But I do understand that the end of term is a busy period for teachers and students alike, so don’t worry if you’ve not had a chance yet. There is still time: the deadline for entries is the 3 October 19, National Poetry Day.
As you prepare for the next academic year, perhaps you could think about including this into your lesson planning – it would be a great way to start the new term and to engage your students in poetry.
