Associate Development Solutions have funding to run an ILM Young Leaders' course for the Midlands collaborative during 2019. This is suitable for young people aged 14-24 who may be in your participation groups. Please see the flyer for more information or email jasmin@associatesolutions.co.uk for any enquires. An information booklet for schools and families on hypermobility has been produced by community health professional and teachers within the SISS Physical Disability Team (see link below). This is part of a graduated response to ensure that appropriate interventions have been put into effect before a referral is made to occupational therapists or physiotherapists. It identifies areas of difficulty and provides practical ideas to help children and young people manage their condition. The matrix is used to record interventions and responses as supporting evidence for health professionals.
Please see full details attached below.
Training sessions have been arranged for Tuesday 27th March. Please see flier attached below for full details.
Places are limited so please book as soon as possible.
A date has now been arranged for the above training. It will take place on 22nd November 2018, 9.30am - 3.00pm at Hazel Oak School. Cost £110 (lunch provided).
