FREE Session to Introduce Teaching for Mastery.
The Central Maths Hub are pleased to announce that this FREE event will be held throughout the year to support Secondary colleagues.
These practical and hands-on sessions are an introduction to Teaching Maths for Mastery in secondary schools. We will look at the Five Big Ideas of Teaching for Mastery and will focus on the key ideas of:
- procedural and conceptual variation
- mathematical thinking
- representation and structure
