A huge thank you to our Early Years Neglect Champions
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Gina, Lynne, Sarah, and Sue, our Early Years Neglect Champions, for their hard work and dedication in contributing to the organisation of the Solihull Neglect Conference held yesterday (26th November 2024).
Your collective efforts made the event a huge success, offering invaluable networking opportunities, interactive scenario sessions, insightful workshops, and new support resources. The conference has enhanced our understanding of neglect within the Solihull community, and we’re confident it will have a lasting positive impact on those who attended.
Thank you once again for your passion and commitment to making a difference.

World Soil Day- 5th December
Who knew there was a world soil day 12. It does give me an excuse to share information to support the benefits of going outside playful learning -yes even when it is raining. Research supports the long-term benefits of playing outside. Check out the Learning through Landscapes webpages for ideas and encouragement. There is also a link within the blog below which reports that access to outdoors supports children with ADHD.
