Are you a parent of a child or young person? Are health services being offered in a way that meets children and young people’s needs? Are you under 25 and from Birmingham or Solihull?

If so, we want you to tell us if the local health services that you use could be better and how.

You will find the link to the survey on the flyer attached. It will take about five minutes to complete and the closing date is Friday, 15 March 2019.

Please note that it does not relate to activity carried out by Community Dental Services (mobile unit) or other organisations as part of the National Epidemiology Programme for England: Oral Health Survey of 5-Year-Old children which takes place every other year and is due again during the academic year 2018/2019. These Dental Teams are commissioned by the Local Authority and NHS England would encourage all schools approached to support this survey.

The campaign website includes information for young people about sexting, relationship abuse, consent, rape and porn, as well as information about organisations young people can approach for help.
