As part of their commemoration events for Holocaust Memorial Day, Solihull School will be hosting the British Premiere of Condemned to Remember – a highly acclaimed film depicting the journey of Holocaust survivor Tomi Reichental across Europe.  Here he meets survivors of the Srebrenecia genocide and shows how racism is once again on the rise in Europe and how we should all be aware of its dreadful scenarios.

The QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is specifically designed for individuals who wish to act as a first aider in their workplace.

Attendees will learn how to manage a range of injuries and illnesses that could occur at work and will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give emergency first aid.

What’s more, as a regulated qualification, employers can book this course for their employees and rest assured that they have fulfilled their legal responsibilities for providing quality first aid training, without having to undertake any lengthy due diligence checks introduced in the recent HSE changes. We are now able to provide further details regarding an invitation from Solihull School and Remembering Srebrenica to all schools with secondary age children within the borough to attend a very special event. On the 26th January they will be hosting the British premiere of the highly acclaimed documentary Condemned to Remember. For details of how to book on this event, please see letter below.
