The QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is specifically designed for individuals who wish to act as a first aider in their workplace.

Attendees will learn how to manage a range of injuries and illnesses that could occur at work and will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give emergency first aid.

What’s more, as a regulated qualification, employers can book this course for their employees and rest assured that they have fulfilled their legal responsibilities for providing quality first aid training, without having to undertake any lengthy due diligence checks introduced in the recent HSE changes. Please see flier attached below for full details.

The 2019-20 service package and training programme for school governors has been issued to chairs and clerks of governors. The programme can be found on GovernorHub in the ‘useful documents’ folder in ‘resources’.

An important aspect of this provision is age appropriate relationship and sex education. In order to support best practice and the changes ahead regarding statutory relationships education in primary schools from September 2019, I am delighted to be able to invite you to a free one day course on the 13th March. For further details, please see the flier attached.
