Solihull schools’ forum receives an annual report from education unions through its finance work group.  This information is available to all schools.

Schools’ forum is a public meeting. The next schools’ forum meeting is on Tuesday, 9 July 2019 at 5.30pm in room 1 Civic Suite.

Members will have received the agenda and papers by email, but if you are interested in attending as an observer on 9 July 2019, please contact Alison McWilliam on amcwilliam@Solihull.gov.uk or 0121 704 6297.

Please see an invitation, booking form and agenda for Solihull heads’ partnership meeting at Ardencote Hotel at 8.30am – 12.30pm on Thursday 27 June 2019 (please note change of venue) attached below.

SSSAB is delighted to announce that Helen Youngman will be speaking about the Big Ofsted Curriculum Conversation.

Replies are required by Wednesday 12 June 2019.

Through consultation with Solihull schools’ strategic accountability board (SSSAB) we are issuing a new data sharing agreement to all schools.

The current data sharing agreement only allows the data sharing early where it is due to be in the public domain. The revised agreement would allow the local authority to share appropriate data with the Solihull schools’ teaching alliance, earlier, when it becomes available in July.  This would enable the alliance to target support to schools in a timelier manner.

This proposal has gone to SSSAB and it is in full support of the new agreement. Please read through the attached agreement and if you are satisfied, sign it and send it to edperfdata@solihull.gov.uk.

We can then implement the new arrangements for the 2019 results, provided we receive the signed agreements by the end of June 2019.

The next headteachers’ partnership meeting will be held on Thursday 27 June 2019, 8.30am – 12.30pm at the Ardencote hotel (please note change of venue). Attendance information will be sent via Head Lines once the agenda has been finalised.
