Person Centred Planning

Please refer to the attached document below which was circulated at Heads’ Conference in January.  Training for Person Centred Planning is available to two schools from each collaborative with a view to rolling this out to all schools through the collaboratives.  If you have a SENCo, senior leader or governor who is interested please contact Louise Minter (email: s47lminter@streetsbrook.solihull.sch.uk) by Friday 16th February 2018.
