This service includes: Employment Policies, Change Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Conditions of Service and Management Information.
HR Payroll and Shared Services Administration: Processing all customer instructions relating to employees pay plus statutory and occupational payments for sickness, maternity, adoption, paternity and shared parental leave.
Production of a monthly paper payslip per employee. Access to Manager Self Service for customer input of employee sickness information, extra duty/overtime claims and casual workers hours’ .Production of monthly BACS file for employee net salaries and monthly BACS files for third party payments. Maintaining full payroll records for reporting purposes. This service includes: The completion of required monthly returns for the Local
Government and Teachers Pensions schemes and the completion of any required documentation relating to employees for the Local Government and Teachers Pension schemes in relation to employee’s pensionable service.
The production of a monthly statement of payments to be made to external bodies. The processing of the monthly RTI FPS and EPS files as required by HMRC. Annual returns for the Local Government and Teachers Pensions schemes and production of P60`s.Workforce Census returns, accesses to Newly Qualified Teachers Databases for
the duration of the contract. Personal files relating to the services above to be retained for the duration of the contract.
