The ambition of Solihull education improvement service is to work in partnership with education providers to create a first class education service in which children and young people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to have a successful future life. We work in partnership with schools, academies, colleges, other providers, families and partners to raise standards of achievement and rates of progression for all young people, and especially for those who are vulnerable.

We support raising standards by:

• Providing high quality, bespoke, consultancy support to teaching staff, subject leaders, senior leadership teams, governors and other school stakeholders
• Challenging underperformance and celebrating high achievement.
• Providing information through termly briefings and training on key national and
  local educational initiatives.
