In response to the Ofsted publication ‘Bold Beginnings’, Solihull have invited Helen Moylett and Nancy Stewart to lead an afternoon of exploration and debate to reflect on the key themes of the  report. Nancy and Helen were National Strategy co-authors of Development Matters and were involved in writing the Early Years Foundation Stage and also contributed to the EYFS Tickell review.

On 30^th April 2018, between 1pm-4pm at Sans Souci, they will lead our consideration of high quality provision for reception age children. One place per school will be available, in the first instance, for Solihull Head Teachers/EYFS leads.

There will be a charge of £70 for the half-day session. Additional places may be offered to schools that have requested multiple-places and are on the waiting list if space allows [allocated in the order in which they are requested]. The report will also be a key agenda item on the EYFS leaders and managers meetings in the spring.
