Are you a parent of a child or young person? Are health services being offered in a way that meets children and young people’s needs? Are you under 25 and from Birmingham or Solihull?

If so, we want you to tell us if the local health services that you use could be better and how.

You will find the link to the survey on the flyer attached. It will take about five minutes to complete and the closing date is Friday, 15 March 2019.

‘Period poverty’ refers to having a lack of access to sanitary products due to financial constraints. A survey by Plan International UK published in October 2017 found that 10% of girls have been unable to afford sanitary products with 7% forced to skip school during their period.  This equates to more than 137,700 girls missing school in the last year.

Soroptimist International Solihull & District would like to find out more about the extent of this issue in Solihull and look at how they can support in eradicating the issue. Please find more details below.
