Reminder: Wednesday 14 September and Sunday 18 September – loss of connectivity for schools

As previously announced, schools will lose connectivity this week:

• Wednesday 14 September – 10 minutes loss of service between 6pm and 7pm
• Sunday 18 September – 10 minutes loss of service between 1pm and 3pm

This will affect all connectivity between schools and Solihull council.

• Users in schools will not be able to access the internet, external email, Oracle or the Solgrid extranet.
• Users outside schools (at home, for example) will not be able to access school services where they usually have remote access.

There will be one more loss of service on Sunday 25 September – with two hours loss of service sometime between 12 noon and 4pm.
